## Как создать тикет?

Есть два способа создать тикет для обращения к администрации:

* **Через канал** [**#открыть**](https://vk.com/im?sel=220424496\&st=%23%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%BA%D1%80%D1%8B%D1%82%D1%8C)**-тикет на нашем сервере Discord**\
  После выбора типа запроса создаётся канал для связи с модераторами, которые свяжутся с игроком в ближайшее время\ <img src="/files/Hbdlkcex9y5Kk18ya12E" alt="" data-size="original">
* Так как произошла смена одной системы запросов на другую, можно использовать **команду /report непосредственно в игре** для открытия тикета с темой «Жалоба»
