Для удобства использования чата на сервере были введены функции информативных тегов в чат

## Примеры:

1. `xp` выведет уровень 
2. `ping` выведет пинг 
3. `xyz` выведет координаты 
4. `p_x` заменив x на id какого-либо плейса можно опубликовать его в чат
5. Другие: online, random, 52, item...
